What sizes do your products come in?

Most of our beds come in Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large sizes. Collars are adjustable from XS to XL. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're unsure, our size guide has a handy measuring tool.
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all products. If your pet doesn't love it — or you don't — send it back for a full refund. Items must be in unused condition. We provide a prepaid return label.
How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders (US) typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. International shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
Are your products safe for puppies and kittens?

Absolutely. All our products are rigorously tested for safety and use non-toxic, pet-safe materials. Our toys are BPA-free, our beds use CertiPUR-US certified foam, and our bowls are food-grade ceramic. We recommend supervising young pets during playtime.
